About AULIM
AULIM is an independent online shop that selects useful, well-considered products across everyday essentials, organization, decor, beauty, accessories, pet, and more from partner brands and suppliers. Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by those partners.
Product information
We aim to show accurate product descriptions, dimensions, included parts, colors, and images based on the information available for the selected item. Screen settings and normal production variation can affect how a color or finish appears. If a material detail is important to your purchase, contact us before ordering.
Prices, availability, and orders
- Prices are shown in USD. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout.
- Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order may be canceled before fulfillment if a product is unavailable, a material pricing or listing error occurred, payment could not be authorized, or the order is identified as potentially fraudulent.
- If a canceled order has already been charged, the amount due will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Inventory and product availability can change without notice.
Payment
Payments are processed by the payment methods and service providers shown at checkout. Do not submit payment information through the contact form.
Shipping and fulfillment
Processing times, transit times, available shipping methods, and charges can vary by product and delivery location. Items in one order may arrive separately. Review our Shipping Policy before ordering.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Eligibility, time limits, return instructions, and customer responsibilities are described in our Refund Policy. A cancellation request is not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

The AULIM name, logo, site design, and original copy may not be reproduced or presented as your own without permission. Product images and brand materials supplied by partners remain subject to their respective rights.
