What does AULIM sell?
AULIM is preparing its first collection of everyday goods: useful things worth keeping close. Only products shown in the current catalog are available to order.
Does AULIM make every product itself?
No. Products featuring AULIM designs are produced and shipped by production partners, including print-on-demand services. Partner products are made by their own brands or suppliers. Materials, production and delivery details appear on each product page.
Where does AULIM ship?
AULIM accepts orders for delivery within the United States when the product page and checkout make that destination available. Shipping methods and charges are shown before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Processing and transit times vary by product, route, inventory location, and destination. Use the estimate shown on the product page or at checkout for the specific order.
Can one order arrive in separate packages?
Yes. Products may be fulfilled from different partner locations, so items in one order may arrive separately and may have different tracking numbers.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
PO Box availability varies by product and carrier. Some routes require a complete physical street address.
How can I track an order?
When tracking is available, it is sent after fulfillment. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
How do returns work?

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
